Grill is hot - here is an idea Sat, 02/13/10 9:10 PM (permalink)

I roasted a chicken on the BGE.  After the bird came off - I closed the vents, halved bananas in the peel and let them cook for about 15 minutes.  A drizzle of carmel and vanilla ice cream.  The smoke from the grill gave the bananas an earthy taste that was very good.  I think some toasted pecans would be a nice addition as well.
