I tried grilling pizza this past weekend.  I have a charcoal grill, waited till it was real low fire. Placed some pizza dough on an oiled tin, grilled it for 5 minutes, turned it.
Topped it with Fresh Mozzerella, Plum Tomatoes, torn basil and pepperoni.  Put it back on the grill, in the pan for another 5 minutes.
It was burned a bit....but tasty.
Next time, I will bake it in the oven 5 minutes, in an oiled pan, then finish on the grill, on the pan.  How else can you do it on a charcoal grill?

Normally the crust is put directly on the grill, not in a pan on the grill. And it's supposed to be a little charred.

When I Grilled these Pizzas my Grill temp read 700. Since it is not an oven it does lose the heat rather quick.
If I was to guess the temp on the racks would be about 350-400.
