I did read it. Thou shall not boil Bratwurst or Hot Dogs. Maybe boiling Brats and dogs in beer is ok? I know it's standard to simmer Brats in beer and onions. I have heard to simmer before, and have also heard to hold in beer after grilling. Simmer is just a slow boil, right? Joe

In a book called Secret Recipes, it states that Tony Roma's par bake their ribs.
