    Steak...the kids still like hotdogs(shickhaus!!)and hamburgers...baby back ribs for more special occasions!

        Favorite thing to grill? Why, steak of course. Isn't that why God gave us grills in the first place?

                Chicken on the bone, and lately Rock Cornish Hens spatchcock style.

                  Ribeye rubbed in cracked pepper, sea salt, bit of oregano and thyme, and olive oil.

                    Brining and marinating help tremendously, although my personal secret is to not buy them in the first place and grill legs and thighs instead.

                    I couldn't possibly name a favorite; there are just too many things I like to cook with fire. Lately I've been making a lot of broccoli (sometimes plain w/salt & oil, sometimes with things like mushrooms, shrimp, etc.) in my grill basket and it comes out miles ahead of steamed.

                      Flank steak and peppers. Of course, my favorite things to cook on a grill are rib roasts, pork roasts and racks of lamb.

                          Butterflied leg of lamb. Stuffed with rosemary, mushroom duxelle, whole grain mustard and plenty of garlic. Sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper inside and out. Cooked on a rotisserie until rare to medium rare. While being grilled, baste with lots of olive oil, lemon juice and more garlic.
