Lookin' G-O-O-D brother.  I thought you were a Bar-B-Q specialist, but your fish looks very scrumptious and that's no fish story.   A lot better than the Lunch plate at Salvador Dali's.

Wow Tom, that plate looks absolutely delicious!! I don't really like talapia, but I would eat that. What kind of spices in the sauce?? If it's a secret then I won't expect an answer. The greens look good too. The picture didn't do justice to the potatoes though.

Thanks Chef, the sauce, is a toughie, Ken's Ranch Dressing, some Cumin, some Ancho Chili, mixed together...It's great on Onion Rings.

Lime juice and cruched tortillas, some green and red peppers finely ground, pepper. Standard eggwash.

Thank you, Ancient One...You need to make a trip north, take in Gettysburg, and many other historical places nearby, while eating your way thru my menu!

Looks good but my only criticism would be that it looks overly complicated. I'm sure you took your time on this for the best visual appearance but would you be able to recreate it this way during a dinner rush? Its like being disappointed by a fast food advertisement when you order it and it doesn't look anywhere near what it does in the picture, huge let down.

Other then that it looks real good and i would love to try it. Alot of the items on your menu look good, i might come down one day to try this and a burger!
I used to go to live in Wayne, PA near Valley Forge, i went to Valley Forge Military College and the food around there was top notch very high standards.

May I get a copy of this site's rate card? My brother-in-law's plumbing business may want to advertise here, as well.

There is a difference between plumbing and tremendous Roadfood.  It is unfortunate that more RF proprieters don't submit contibutions at CTF's level of quality.

    Good luck to your brother-in-law.

CTF, you know I  like what you do and feel you show a great passion for your food. May question is ???? your entree looks great, why the stryo cups for the sides, The plate would look a lot better with the sides on the plate. I understand the greens are watery and may need to be contained, but the potatoes would be fine. The sides should be served on the side if your using cups.................Do you serve a chix fried steak ??????...........Take care........Bill

What I want to know is why you call it seafood when you're serving a freshwater fish.
