Since it's Fat Tuesday I decided to make a batch of gumbo last night. Since it's hard to find andoullie around here, I had to settle for smoked sausage.  My roux.  My gumbo.

Looked good until the "old style" showed up....  I love a good gumbo, in fact I think tonight will be smoked turkey and andouille gumbo for my fat tuesday dinner Laissez les bons temps rouler!
