Gus's in Birmingham

Has anybody tried this place in downtown Birmingham? I'm curious what might be in that wonderful special sauce. My wife and I are utterly stumped, and George, the older fellow behind the counter, was quite delightfully cagey in declining to give any information. Any clues?

I too have ate the special sauce and don't have a clue as to what is in it, but isn't it wonderful!
