HELP!! Sweet Tart Lollipop???

Hi, I need help figuring out a possible name or place where I can find a specific type of lollipop. I know it's not affiliated with the Sweet Tart name, but the sucker is essentially a giant sweet tart on top of a stick. My boyfriend loves these and every so often we come across them in a random gas station, his birthday is coming up and I want to get him as many as I can, I've combed all gas stations in my area and searched the internet the best I can, but with out a brand name or anything to go by I'm pretty lost. Please help!!! Thanks so much!!!

Have you tried Home Town Favorites. They carry alot of different candies.
