When I used to take my little brother trick or treating, one of the neighbors offered 'slugs of whisky' to the parents.. Thats where I gots the idea from! Thought it was nice, especially on them cold nights.

I'm glad to have been of some help. I always find the toughest part is not knowing how much to buy. We live in a busy area, so I usually stock up, but if it's cold or rainy on Halloween we won't get as many kids as we would otherwise. But it's always lots of fun, especially with my own kids.

we got reese cups, whoppers, hersheys, snickers, milky ways, gummy bears and candy corn. We make halloween treat bags, out of halloween ziplocks and pass them out. Last year we handed out about 175 bags
