I think it might be a chain, but has anybody ever heard of Spanky,s At The Hop. I found this place today just outside of Tucson in Sahurita. Fantastic piece of beef with a multitude of toppings on a great bun. But the best part were the fresh made onion rings. I sat at the counter so I saw the onion rings and french fries made from scratch

I couldn't find menu offerings or very much info on Spankys. They apparently don't have a web site up and running for this location.
