Mammascooking: I am not Carlton Pierre but a lumpia is a Philippine egg roll or at least their version of it.
In Knoxville we have a restaurant on Magnolia that specialize in Philippino foods. Lumpia is their thing.
I believe Carlton Pierre prepares this quite often.
