Football season to me means grilling season. Chicken burgers stuffed with a lot of sweet onions, provolone cheese on a grilled whole wheat English muffin with grilled corn . Happy Football Season! Go Panthers! Go Wolfpack!

I've found Plain Ground Chicken very tasteless. You need to add something to give it a kick. The more spicy and zesty, the better! Anyone have any other recipes out there to kick it up a notch? I JUST NOTICED--- I JUST HAD MY 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY AS A ROADFOODER!!!

I congratulate you on your third year as a roadfooder!! I have been hanging around only a couple of years more than you. I don't post as often as a lot of others. I only post when something catches my eye or taste buds, as it were. I have never tried ground chicken for anything but supposing that there were enough spices and such, I think it could be a good vehicle for some fun flavors. Chipotle comes to mind as well as smoked paprika. David O.

To add some flavour to ground chicken, and it's super easy, mix ground chicken with stove top mix, water, and eggs.
