Local Hardee's had them 4-5 years ago, I liked them then. After seeing your post I went by today and they have a sign advertising two for $3.00, will give them a try soon.

Recently had a "thickburger" at one of their stands. It served as a reminder that the only thing I should eat there is their biscuits and gravy. :(

I love em. I was surprised how good they tasted. 2 for 3 bucks is a good deal.

From my experience in Fl very good as long as the burger is not over cooked. Beats mickey dees and burger king. Not too keen on Hardees fries.

I wanted to try the biscuits and gravy that I'd heard so much about, so I tried a pork chop and gravy biscuit and was not unhappy ... I was thirsty for the next two hours.

I agree with you about the Thickburgers, High Springs, plus, at least at the Hardees I go to here in Chipley, it's a much quieter atmosphere than McD's with the screaming kids running all over the place (and I haven't had a chance yet to test out the free WiFi on my laptop). One more thing, good I'm saving the receipts since they're $1 off your next Thickburger combo, which brings my usual bill down to a nice $4.91. And, the 2 for $3 chili dogs are referred to as the "Economy Special"

Since Hardees is the only fast food place close to me within 8 miles, I bought several of their hot dogs last evening. The hog dog and chili was excellent but the bun was rock hard. The chili wa very spicy. I thought it was very good and the dog had a very good snap. Obviously not on par with a CSD but since I am in Knoxville, it had to work. Paul E. Smith Knoxville, TN

I'll have to try one (or two). I remember when Wendy's had hot dogs. Now they were GOOD.

I look forward to trying these. I just visited my home town and had a couple at A&W. Just like when I was a kid.

I'm not wild about Hardee's burgers, but I sure love their sausage gravy and biscuits. Used to have a Hardee's about twenty minutes away ( Homewood IL ), but now there isn't one anywhere near the Chicago area. Does anyone remember Hardee's fried chicken about ten years ago? It was the second-best FF chicken I've ever had; the late ( and sorely missed ) Golden Skillet chain was, IMHO, the ultimate in FF fried chicken.

Although it was not the best, it was handy to me as there was a Hardees very close to my residence. I had their hot dog recently and quite frankly, in my taste and availability, they were pretty good. Not nearly as good as what I could get in other cities but I ain't there. Paul E. IMO, Hardees burgers are the best ....compared to Wendys, MickeyD's, or Burger King....the mushroom and swiss rocks! And who does NOT like their curly fries????

hardy's can be one of the ff jjoints. the burgers re always good-on a par with burger king years go. it seems like fter they quit doing fried chicken, the rest of the food got better. one time i got a low carb burger. it came on 2 lettuce leaves, with the works. wht mess. the 6 dollar burger and the ptty melt are both good as well

My wife and I have many times stopped and bought their chicken and went home and made something to go with it for a quick dinner. I used to love those chili dogs.

I remember the chili dogs when I was small...maybe 25 years ago. Hardee's fried chicken was ok. Bojangles is the best.
