quote: I sort of wish that the fast food places offered at least a small menu of their burgers and whatnot 24/7. I really never cared for any of the FF chain breakfasts, and you can't get a burger until 1030 or 1130 depending on the day & chain. So if Hardee's or any of the other folk are listening..how about at least some of the menu items 24/7??

Tried the new Hardee's blueberry biscuits this am (2 for $1.79) and they were good. My fav. to get in the morning before work though is the $1 Hamlet from BK. It's on a soft seeded bun w/ham, egg and cheese.

I don't recall hardee's being in San Antonio. However they were or still are in San Marcos and Kerrville. There is one Carl's Jr. still in San Antonio, but it's out on interstate 37 south down near Leal Road. We used to go to the one in New Braunfels all the time, and even to the one at Thousand Oaks and Nacodoches. But Burger King wanted to move into the San Antonio market,so Carl's Jr. sold out to Burger King. Jack In the Box here has some pretty good food, including breakfast.Haven't tried any breakfast items at Sonic. And we sometimes get breakfast tacos from some of the local mexican places here in the Schertz-Universal City area,so we are pretty well covered that way. At Jim's a local restaurant chain, you can get breakfast all the time.
