Hardees steak sandwich

Does anyone remember the steak sandwich Hardees had in the mid '70's? I worked in a Hardees in Newington,CT. about '74 , and they came out with a steak sandwich on a long sesame roll with just lettuce and this dark brown sauce. Man there was nothing better. I'd give alot for about a dozen of those babys now.

I do not recall the steak sandwich but I do recall the fried steak and biscuit they use to have. It was pretty good but not as good as their sausage and biscuit. Paul E. Smith Knoxville, TN

I don't remember the steak sandwich but I do recall a burger called the Hardees Huskey. Sort of like a Big Mac, but to me much better. But alas, as always, my favorites go by the way side.
