I love the concept of "breakfast's dessert!"  In fact, I beleive in dessert at all 4 meals a day and even feel strongly about beginning AND ending a meal with dessert!

Today's breakfast - a White Chocolate Rasberry Gooey Butter Cake (Park Avenue Coffee) from STL followed by a slice of Sour Cream Rasberry Pie (Winslow's Home - my new favorite!!!) with a crumble/nut topping...pretty darn good!

Anybody else liking dessert?

And they wonder why ChiTownDiner is my hero!  Sour cream raspberry?!?!?  Where is this Winslow's that you speak of?

Well, I can tell you that at 9:00AM yesterday morning, I was eating a slice of apple pie and a slice of peach/cherry crumb pie from Grand Traverse Pie Company in Ann Arbor.  Does that qualify?

Hmm. When I saw the title of this thread I thought it was about another classic diner named Harris, not far from me in NJ. Guess not.

Unlike the Owego Harris Diner, this Harris Diner is noted for their steak sandwhices and fried chicken.

Anyone is welcome to all of my desserts. I dislike all pies, cakes, tarts, cookies, etc.
