I have not. Some of the wraps are ok though. When a sandwich shops says that they sell a "low carb wrap", do you believe them?

    TMiles, you are in MA.
Joseph's Lebanese Bakery is making a low carb pita bread, and a low carb tortilla-with oat bran and wheat, not too bad.
Thomas' (the english muffin people) have low carb pita and wraps as well.
Also check out Country kitchen brand, Pepperidge farm (thin sliced),
    and Arnolds.
Try looking for them at Market Basket.

Sara Lee has a line that's not too bad, I bought it by accident once and was mildly surprised.

The low carbs I have found proudly exclaim that they are low carb because they jump from 30 grams to 25 grams. WOW!!!!!!!!!!! Not a big deal cause about 25 is all you can have aon a daily basis.

Also watch out for what some claim is a net carb amount. I have been doing this stuff for a year and have studied their claims.

I've recently been buying hamburger buns by Nature's Own. They make a sugar-free version that is also high in fiber, and they taste great. They also make loaf-bread, so if this is sold in your area, I'd give it a try.

Well I did that wrong, and no corrections in this forum. Anyway I wanted to reply to the above quote by DaveM. I do like the Josephs. The Josephs is I think the best of the wraps. There is another local brand that I liked at first, but after buying a package still well witin date and finding it moldy, I moved to Josephs. The sliced breads on the other hand I find to be not very good, or as another poster said not really low carb, just a little lower. I took off some good weight with low carb, but as I have cheated more and more put about a quarter of it back on over the past year. It is easy during the week, and hard on weekends.
