Oooh, a little rich for my tastes, but they sound fantastic.
    Sorry, I cant help you....
$20.00 bucks for a sirloin or, plus shipping?? ..
I see the veal chops also are $20.00... that is cheaper than a restaurant.. I have seen about $28 for veal chop in a restaurant...
(my BF was paying at the time)
And 19 bucks a piece for steak knives?

Allen's is great beef,no better than Costco though.

They do have a decent price on Tenderloin tails. They come 2 to a pack and there about 6 packs to an order.Perfect portions for a quick grill.

If you are considering a porterhouse, filet, new york, etc.don't bother making the Allen family any richer,go to Costco or Sams,i challenge anyone to tell the difference in quality or taste.

save your money, the beef will taste better!

I've never grilled prime steaks before. I'd like to see (taste?) for myself if I can tell the difference from choice grade.

I belive Costco sells only choice, and possibly standard also.

I have never ordered from Allen Bros. but I have seen their trucks delivering to some of the finest Steak Houses in Chicago. I have eaten at many of these places and have also purchased steaks from Costco. IMHO the Costco steaks don't even come close.

I agree they aren't they same thing, but there isn't enough taste difference to justify the incredible price bump!

Allen Brothers is a very good company with great products. We buy ground beef and some "secondary" products from them to offset the freight to Florida but these people are some of the best at what they do.

I can tell the difference between different grades of meat depending on how it was prepared and cooked. Some cuts of meat are more difficult than others to notice a difference but the prime center cut denuded sirloins, the New Yorks, and the Ribeyes are at the top of the foodchain.

They also sell Wagyu in different cuts, my favorite being The Wagyu Flat Iron steak. Seared med. rare with a touch of Plugra butter, WOW!
