Healthy chains?

My fellow foodies, After posting to and surveying the "How much do serious roadfooders weigh?" message thread, I feel inspired to throw this topic out as well. I've been dieting for the past 2-2.5 weeks now, and it's been decent so far... but I fear that the take-out food side of it might be getting a bit bland. So, I'll just throw it out there: which national chains (or any road-food stop really) are known for offering a nutritional menu? Granted, I can name Robek's smoothies and (the oft-dreaded) Subway to get the ball rolling, but surely we can do better than that. I realize that many places have, like, "healthy options" - that's not what I'm going for here. Rather, I'm looking for an overall selection/menu. DISCLAIMER: This message isn't meant to trash the good name of foodie-celebrated locales found on this board, nor is it meant to impose on others what constitutes "healthy eating." Eat what you eat, and if you're discouraged by any of this, simply don't respond to the message.

Well there's a Salad Chain called Salad Creations. They give you Big, fat, round deep bowls of Salad with Items of your choice for only $6. They recently opened one in Downtown Detroit on Merchant's Row.

If a salad involves iceburg lettuce in any way then there ends nutritional value.

Woh-wah! Urban, I just rec'd a place in the High Museum/Atlanta thread called f2g (Fresh to Go). I really didn't see anything that would be unhealthy--wait, I think they had a pulled pork plate. But that would probably still be a decent choice. But lots of salads and grilled meats. It seems like you find more of those kinds of places in city centers.
