Help/Instructions for my Outers Smoker

hello BBQ Roadfood wizards! my boyfriend picked up an electric smoker at a yard sale. it has never been used, but it came with no instructions. i have used the "search" feature here to educate myself a bit about using smokers, but i was not able to find any info about this particular brand. can anyone help me out with instructions on how to use it, and cooking times? it's a tall, skinny metal box with 2 racks, and a small pan. the front panel says "Outers Smoker"... thanks for any and all help!

Pretty much soak the wood chips overnight and place in the pan on the burner.. Same type of smoker I use to make beef jerky in.

thanks very much Larry and Uncle Vic...there are no pdf files or manuals available for this particular smoker, but your info helped...i think i'll go find a book on the subject, as suggested...(i've got alot of trout in the freezer, and the season has just begun - better get my smokin' skills down now!)

Rattle me here or via email if you have any questions on it... Gives ya good reason to go fishing! Oh ya, them units are not the greatest outdoors if the temp drops below 70.. Still works, just takes far longer..
