Help-Like to mass sell self-made sauce

Yes, I think I've hit upon a sauce that will sell great to the masses!

It does have to be refrigerated.

What's my next step? Where to go for sellable bottles. Do I have to tamper proof them? Labels?

Help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi, are you doing this from home or do you have a manufacturer to do the work for you?

My parents and brother started making a hot pepper relish that sold well, they moved to a commercial kitchen and sales escalated, they then contacted a a firm that could cook and jar the product to their specification. If they could get the product in stores it sold rather well but the difficulty was getting into the stores, doing in store samplings etc. After about a year they decided it wasn't worth the effort and went back to the commercial kitchen , making a batch every month or so to fill special orders

I daresay that in terms of public sales/acceptance, the actual taste of the product is nearly irrelevant.
