Hendersonville, NC restaurants

My husband and I will be in the Hendersonville area for 4 days in early December and are looking for good, not fancy restaurants. We will also be visiting in Asheville. I'd love any suggestions you might have. We love all kinds of food. Thanks, Nanc

Drive up I26 towards Asheville and take the exit to the NC Farmers Market. On the hill , at the entrance to the Farmers Market, there is a restaurant called The Moose Cafe. They serve great breakfasts and also have wonderful lunches and dinners. You have a choice from about 8 or so meats and all kinds of fresh cooked from scratch vegetables. Its a good price and the food is always good especially the hot biscuits and apple butter.
