 Here's Another Rib Eye

Here's Another Rib Eye Sun, 01/21/07 6:54 AM (permalink)
Using my regular method I add a little olive oil, kosher salt, garlic salt, and ground black pepper and let sit at room temp for one hour.





Get your grill as hot as it will go, the Weber gasser is past 550 degrees.





A little bacon to flare up and increase the heat.





A pat of garlic butter while resting for a few minutes





Time to eat.





Should have given the fries and onion rings a minutes or two.

            Looks good John, done to perfection.

            I may have to go home tonight and fire up the grill, I am sure my neighbor will hate me (I'll get off work at 1 this morning)

            I have some ribeyes in the fridge, and maybe a nice baked potato to make the meal.

                  Rib Eyes are tough to beat, sure wish I could find a place that carried Prime around here.

                    Personally , I like em just a little more done...
                    But I would eat that in a heart beat ...
