Hey everybody - been a long time. Vegas bound - what's good?

I've been busy even been doing one of my internships to finish up my culinary degree (finally since I finished classes over 2 years ago) by working in a restaurant last fall and earlier this year.
But I'm taking a break from my real job in a few weeks and flying to Vegas for a long weekend. Any recommendations besides not loosing money gambling?
