Re:Home made tater tots!
Trust me, these are unlike store or pub bought (from Sysco, surely?) tater tots. No mealy insides-with these, I tried a leftover one from the fridge and it was still crispy on the outside and tender inside. Ever try a leftover tater tot? Inedible. (Full disclosure-I buy the Ore Ida ones a couple times a year, and I've tried them in restaurants. And liked them).
Just give them a try-the only hassle in making these is the deep frying, and I'm going to try oven baking a few of the next batch to see how that works.
