Hot Dog Book

Does anyone know of a book or books that detail Hot dog establishments? I know Roadfood's book does some and I know about Hot Dog Chicago, and the restaurant guide above, but I am thinking of doing a comprehensive guide dedicated to the great places that we all love to visit. I would like anyones feedback and/or listings and photos of their favorite places. I want this to be a fun book with photos of these quirky places, no grading 3 stars, 4 silver forks cuz all our tastes differ..heck I like Ketchup on my dog occassionaly I want more than just a web site like Holly's (excellent site) but something that we can look at with nostalgia and can use as a guide too. Its hard to describe but I'm sure you all know the feeling when you're driving in a strange place and all of a sudden you see a shack w/ a "HOTDOG" sign, or sitting at the counter where you remember sitting as a kid with your dad I want to put that into this book. Thanks in advance for your help and input.
