Your input will help me out a lot and I appreciate it. So, If you could change some things regarding the configuration of your current hot dog cart, what would you change and why? Thanks

So, If you could change some things regarding the configuration of your current hot dog cart, what would you change and why? Thanks I bought my cart used off of Craigslist and found out little ways to make it more efficient for me. It was not that costly and I got most of my stuff at Home Depot. I added a heavy plastic strip above my burners to store the buns and this was a life saver. I ran a tube from my cooler plug to be able to drain the cooler without having to take it out of the cart. I also added a condiment rack right above my condiment trays for extras (deli mustard, celery salt, hot sauce etc..) The health dept here might make us change our carts to grills only so that will be my next project. I always look for new things to make my cart more efficient. I hope this helps
