1 can sauerkraut
1/2 cup brown sugar
sliced hot dogs, nickel slices.
grated mild cheddar.
Heat up the sauerkraut and sugar till hot and a bit sweet. Add sliced hot dogs.
Pour into casserole. Top with cheddar.
Bake till cheddar is melted and browned a bit.
Kids food adults might eat if enticed and hungry enough.
Maybe a side of french fries. No mustard necessary but it will assist the palate.
