Hot Dog House NJ

Has anyone ever been to the Hot Dog House on Route 17 southbound north of Route 3 I think its East Rutherford. I have passed it 2 or 3 times but since I'm always heading northbound and in a 18 wheeler I haven't stopped. Its down the street from the Callahans about 2 miles. Is it worth checking out?

They are Dirty Water dogs at their best,and Cheap. Worth at least one
try.

The Hot Dog House is in Carlstadt,NJ.,on Rt.17 south,they serve Sabrett's with the casing.They have a nice variety of toppings,chili,
hot and sweet onions,relish,saurkraut and a few others.

didn't think that was still in business.. my first husband and i used to stop there whenever we were on the way to his parents (in emerson) .. we lived in clifton and sometimes we'd take 17 instead of the parkway all the way.. wow-- thanks for that memory-- as i remember they were pretty tasty!!:)
