Yes, have all the mundane stuff online, such as basic hygiene, with more detail than time permits now, followed by several days of selling to the public as a team under your supervision for the final diploma. Higher course fee for this routine, I believe.

Crackerjack students recommended by professors at some web design school could help you set this up on the cheap--might even be their graduation project, with little cost to you.

              Just some thoughts.

                Professor,
Your cart looks just like the one I use. Mine is from Phoenix, made by Victor's Carts. Is yours from your side of the country or mine. I'm looking into getting a new cart. I love the layout of these, but just thought there might be some small differences that might make one stand out from the other.

                thanks

jstang, my cart was built by Quality Street Carts when they were located in San Diego. It was termed the "Wisconsin Model," made specifically for Wisconsin health department codes. The cart has three full water pans with roll tops. My cart holds ten gallons of water, has a fifteen gallon waste water tank, a pressurized water system, and two cool boxes. Quality Street Carts is no longer in business. Carts by Victor was around long before Quality Street Carts and had I known about them, I would have ordered one of their carts. Some of my graduates have purchased new and used Carts By Victor and are very satisfied with their products.

Thanks for the reply Professor. I actually have a cart from Quality Carts as well. I use is 7 days a week, and it's getting a bit worn. My event cart is a Victor. I'm not surprised Quality is out of business. They were, uh, a little flakey. I talked to Victor today about electric carts. Any knowledge about them? Propane is getting spendy.

                    Thanks again,
                    Stang

I worked a special event this weekend, and served as the only vendor at a "Government Mule" concert here in Bowling Green.

Not once, but twice, I had someone walk up to me and ask if I had ever seen the CBS show with the guy that runs the hot dog school. Twice in one night!

Mark, your legend continues to grow across the land!
