Hot Dog cart promotion

I don't have a cart, it just occured to me though that those of you that do, if you gave a "Dollar Dog" coupon, charging a buck for a dog, the next time the person with the coupon brings you a new customer. If you got good dogs, maybe a good way to quickly build a base. YES? NO? MAYBE?

Giving away, and making a minimal profit will not pay the bills. If you have spare time, advertise. If you have a quality, well tasting product, people will search you out. Your biggest seller will be your personality!

"If you have spare time, advertise." .......and a lot of spare cash that you don't mind flushing, if you're talking about print media, one of the biggest frauds perpetrated on the small business community. Coupons, flyers and free samples will get you more than peeing away 100 bucks a month on a small ad in some rag that will get zero results. Direct mailings are about as successful too.
