Hot Dog ruination Sun, 07/6/08 10:53 PM (permalink)
Visited a local dog shack that we haven't been too in years.
Had the hot doggy blues & craving a foot long.
Now I know why I haven't visited this place, in a while.

Started out badly with a line of people ordering and one young gal taking orders, bringing out orders and screaming at the top of her lungs to attract the customer. Collecting change, serving drinks & ice-cream cones. One young boy nearing puberty was doing the cooking.

Our order of 3 footlongs and a double burger with drinks took a little longer than half hour to acquire.
This is where I really get disgruntled. The buns were cold, served directly straight from the package.

Being it is a small village, they do a respectable business. Makes me wonder, how much better it could be if managed properly?
Who likes cold buns?
