I am looking into opening my own Hot Wing Restaurant and am in the preliminary stage of a business plan. I am trying to find a supplier of quality chicken wings for the Colorado area. Also any suggestions in this venue would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. GT

Is there a Sysco branch near you? They sell wings in many different formats.
