Well, it's almost opening day, so yeah, let's start the baseball partisan trash talk. Sure, it's 18 inches long, but it looks kinda scrawny. And then there's that Arizona obsession with putting jalapeños on (or in) everything. Really, what's up with that?

You want sausage done right, you've got to go where the würstmachers live — I'm talking Milwaukee, son. I'm talking "The Beast" at Miller Park — A grilled hot dog, surrounded by a grilled split bratwurst, with the whole package wrapped in bacon and served on a pretzel bun with sauerkraut and grilled onions. All for 9 bucks.

So, let the stadium dog wars begin!

I understand you also get fries tossed in for the $25.00.  Concessions are always expensive at any ball park but not this much.

I'm going to have a plain 'ol hot dog when we go to PNC Park in May.  Have to save room for a Primanti pastrami sandwich after the game!

Though the sandwich choices aren't great, you can have a Primanti's AT PNC Park.

I knew that but it just seems WRONG to have a Primanti's sandwich at a ball park.  I can wait until the game is over and go to the original location in the Strip District.

No you can't. It's a baseball game. You can't eat anything  but hot dogs at a baseball game. Although lleechef has promised some former Western Pennsylvanian that she'll try some sort of tomato pie at the ballpark.

You are far more tolerant of people than am I.  The last couple of times in the Strip District, the great unwashed soured me on Primanti's. Even Mancini's Bread was more of a chore than I wanted it to be.

At least Wigle Whiskey is very close!

    What is "the great unwashed"???
People who can't seem to formulate a sentence without curse words.  People I would not want associating with anyone I cared about.  People who were doubtless voted in high school 'most likely to be found dead in a motel room', etc.

Basically rude troglodytes who have no idea how to comport themselves in public.

And except for maybe a few serial killers and other criminals, the entire world is superior to me Greymo.

And I own no electronic devices.

It is an elitist statement made by people who feel superior.   If my grandchildren would ever make a statement like that, their  electronic devices would be taken away from them for a week! (by their parents)
