How Frequently Do You Visit Fast Food Places?

once again my curiousity is getting the best of me.
how many times a week do you visit?
for food, not as a pit stop.

once or twice a week. depends. i travel a lot on weekends and it's too easy not to do it. however, i usually stop at Sheetz, but Wendy's and Hardee's are my next fav. Never never never will stop at McD's.

Virtually every single weekeday morning. I hit the McDonald's drive through for a large coffee and a USA Today.

Once a week = 0. Once a month probally equals two. That is for my McDee's Sausage & cheese EggMcMuffin. I switched over to the sausage variety when the Canadian bacon started being sliced paper thin. I will get a biscuit from Hardees once in a blue moon, probably less.

Depends on what hours I'm working and in what city. Often it's none, sometimes it's as much as twice a day.

Can't go by weekly. Sometimes none in a month, rarely more than twice a month. I had a rally's hamburger for the first time in 6 years today. I'll not miss it for the next 6.

Once or twice a week. Often this includes a 50 mile excursion to the nearest White Castle.

Sometimes 4 times a week. But it isnt fatty food that I purchase.

I love to cook, but since I spend lots of my work time cooking, I just like to grab and go for myself. I get tired of the stuff we serve at my work, since it is so high fat and calorically not suited for what I personally enjoy.

I eat Subway veggie subs at least 3 times a week. I am assuming that is fast food.

Hello All,
Please keep this a secret from my wife, who makes my lunches for work (which is 10:30 p.m.
since I work nights).
Probably about 3 or 4 times a week, and my dogs get my lunch when I come home in the morning.
My wife is a good cook, but she works and it is hard, after a long day, to come up
with different things. So I usually get what she makes for my autistic son, who loves noodle
dishes. I can only eat so many noodle dishes. One week she made spaghetti, beef-tips with noodles,
a creamy chicken with noodles, left over spaghetti, and refreshingly, fried egg sandwich.
Burger-King and Wendys saw me a few nights that week.
I've cooked my own lunches and know how hard it is to come up with different things each night.
Fast food is not only fast, but a mental vacation for coming up with a different menu each night.
Still, fast food's menu gets old fast as well.
But I'm not complaining.

Twice sometimes 3 times a week. I usually eat at my desk so if I forget my lunch I will send someone out to either Mcd or Jack in the Box across the street and hit their .99 menu. I like the bun, meat and cheese burgers they are not too messy and easy to eat with one hand. On the road on weekends for breakfast sausage bisquit happy meals, and for a snack Mcd, not on the menu, humongous fries. They fill a beverage cup with fries and I put them in my cupholder and snack and drive.

I almost never go to fast food because of a craving. It is always just because of convenience. Last night I had to grab a quick bite before I went to the Penguin hockey game, so I ran into Subway since it was closest to where I was meeting my friend. Twice a week sounds about right.

Daily for lunch.

Perhaps four times per year, on average. If I am on a road trip, that average would change, but in my usual mode, my visits are rare.

twice a month

An independent fast food place of my choice twice a month. Someplace like Taco Bell or Wendy's once a week with family. But not my choice.

between 3 and 5 times per week, M-F, I get a chicken salad (no beans) from Chipotle.

I hit the fast food place much less than I used to. I'm really trying to eat better and I could stand to lose a lot of weight. I've cut out quite a few fast food places. The only one I hit with any regularity is Burger King; I just prefer BK to other burger places.

When I do eat out, I've been supporting more of the local places than I used to. There's a local restaurant a stone's throw from my office. When I break down and get a cheeseburger plate from there, I also get a large salad for the next day. I'm trying to be good. Or at least better.

I would visit more if there were more close to me. My last snack was a Popeye's 99c chicken sandwich, not bad. I wouldn't pay more but I liked the sauce.

I'll say up to 2x-4x a week. Once or twice for lunch and once or twice for dinner.

One of the nice perks of being retired is the leisure to spend all day futzing around in the kitchen fixing whatever I want or driving some distance for a restaurant or dish I want. I keep a lot less in the way of convenience foods on hand and go to fast food places a lot less now and I'm thankful for that. My freezer is always full of stuff I've made. I'd say my diet has improved greatly. I eat out between 4 and 6 times per week, almost always for lunch. I still hit a fast food place, probably an average of once or twice a month, out of a specific craving or laziness. Last time was Taco Cabana for their 'You Gotta Enchilada' dinner about 2 weeks ago. Drove thru after coming out of the grocery story next door with a big load of groceries.

Maybe once every month or two. And I thought I was bad. Now I'm wondering if I need to pick up the pace.

Sometimes about 2-4 times a week, reasons being:

McDonalds & Hardees are nearly in my backyard, so a 99c double cheeseburger
or a Thickburger can come in handy when nothing in the fridge!

Usually go to Burger King on Sundays/Tuesdays after church.

Subway's in the area, but their prices have gone through the roof!

When in Marianna (every 2-3 weeks), can clean up at Blimpies with a
"Buy one, get one free deal" or play Frogger in the parking lot to
get to Firehouse for the only corned beef/pastrami sandwich in a
50-mile radius.

Never.

About 3 times a year I'll stop in at Popeye's. Probably the same for Subway where I find the "seafood" sub easy on my stomach on a long drive that doesn't lend itself to roadfood. Once a year on the way back from Memphis, we'll have a White Castle jalapeno cheeseburger stop in St. Louis.
I think that's about it. Too much interesting food out there to have a corporate dining experience. Years back I would try a Olive Garden, Pizza Hut, Chi-Chi's, Mickey D's, Arby's and Burger King only to be disapointed, so now I don't even bother. Never had a Wendy's or Taco Bell among the bigger chains but I'll bet I'm not missing any great taste sensations.
