I only use kosher salt. It actually has a little less sodium than table salt, and doesn't have the aluminum silicate in it. Why would I want to eat aluminum?

After reading all these posts, my next trip to the store I'm going to check out the sea salts.

Let the Buyer Beware! Most "Sea Salt" sold in Supermarkets is not true Sea Salt. It may have been processed to some degree. All the big commercial brands like Morton & Hain & Store Brands are processed. Go to the Whole Foods type stores to get non-processed sea salt.

Thanks for the tip. We don't have any Whole Foods type stores up here, but some have good organic and import sections at places like Wegmans. We also have a Natur-Tyme store that I can check out.
We get ours from the Amish.
