How do you contain your rubs/spices?

I keep mine in Mason-type jars with the name printed out and taped to the outside of the jar. The ones that I make, I print out the recipe and tape it there too so I know how to make that one next time. What kind of system do you use? Anyone got any "cool" canisters or some very practical ideas for everyone?

I reuse my old spice containers from the supermarket. I just remove the label and send them through the dishwasher. Then when I make a spice mix I have a shaker top container ready for them. I use a sharpie to label the container.

The best way to store spices is to use glass...just like you are doing. Keep in dark spot and try to keep temps stable.
