How do you find out if a restaurant is for sale?

- or recently sold?
My brother tells me he has seen ads in Northern CA selling Long Beach favorite Joe Jost's but I can;t find anything on the internet.
Can you guys help me out or tell me where to look?

Contact a comercial broker in the are, they all keep up on the market

Besides calling a commercial broker, which is a good suggestion, you could always give Joe Jost a holler and ask him.
