I use youtube cooking videos for off the wall recipes. Things I haven't done for many years. I used it yesterday for frying a whole Red Snapper. I also got a good sauce recipe..........

Hell, yes; the advice about olive oil to prevent burnt cheese and interrupting the baking process to prevent cold middles is invaluable!:

I know there is probably some good information, but I keep my speakers off since I primarily sit in the living room with my laptop so I tend to avoid videos in general. I much prefer things written so I can just read them.

Very well, Felix.

1)  Drizzle olive oil on the cheese to prevent burning/over-browning.

2)  About half-way through the baking process remove the pizza from the oven, cut it into quarters and return it to the oven to complete the baking:  no cold middles!

Happy to help!
