I hate Jet Blue

My recent trip from Dulles to Long Beach, non-stop, the %@&*()^%$#@!%^ TV'S didn't work, "sorry folks we have a glitch" Our return trip same damn thing. Last year the flight was cancelled because the flight crew didn't show.
There are some things to really like about Jet Blue, currently, I am in a hate mode about them...Your take on different Airlines?

Jet Blue is the only airline my 86 YO MIL is comfortable using. Mainly because it flies nonstop from West Palm to NYC. She gets there much faster and there are no confusing plane changes to be made.
