And, based on what it says with both images, you'd better have a good copyright lawyer check it out for you before trying to use one.

I took all of my own pictures, printed them out on my fax/printer... on photo paper 8x10's...they actually turned out great I must say....this is my first business I have ever ran, I am in my 40's have not attended school in years. Although, I do toot my own horn from time to time, and I thank all of my old teachers and my parents, because I have stored some knowlege and creativity in the archives of my brain, and I am proud of myself,,,if you ever second guess yourself DON'T...if you like your idea, so will others, they might think your a bit wacky, but oh well, they are boring....HAPPY THANKSGIVING ALL

You do have an issue to be concerned with here.  You're using Copyrighted material without permission.  That's illegal.Also, you aren't fairly representing your product.  You're using an image of someone else's food to sell yours, which at the very least is unethical.  You said in an above post that you got the information and suggestion to do this on this forum.  What you got from this forum was a suggestion to use pics of YOUR food in your menu.  Nobody suggested stealing pics to use on your menu.

You guys do know thare are whole websites dedicated to royalty-free, public domain artwork?

As far as misrepresenting our food...  part of the pics are actual product.  Others are so close you can't tell the difference.

Wow, I have just a sec.  The festivities have begun, our first day at the track, we did very well, food was appriciated and enjoyed, the name " G.G.'s Blue Bikini Eatery" is definately a draw, they love the bikini I designed and drew on  my appron, yes a blue bikini..Busy busy and we lost both of our daily helpers. Me and My husband " WORKED IT BABY"  kept up and had a great time..although the # are to increase in grand amouts, I have my tomorrows worker here on my couch, My son, who thank god is a cook has been for 8 years, yes I did that..,,its wild, yet not suprising, how other family memebers and friend just don't have the mental concept, of the magnitude, of the work put into getting that little blue cart to these events. Like I told people my whole resturaunt career, "THIS IS MY REAL JOB".....like now,this is what I do now,,everyone AHH we want to be there and HELP..ok...BUT We can do it, and appriciate the ones who do help..good night, breakfast at 8 a.m.in the pit 5 Flag Speedway, The 42 annual SnowBall Derby..

I can make a MEAN sandwich, but I cant figure out how to post a picture on this website, I did it before but I have a new computer, I have video on youtube, G.G.'s Blue Bikini Estery @ 5 Flags speed way..

I dont understand the found on road dead statement...but thats cool...The bikini is drawn on the appron...it is a draw everyone comes to see whats up once I get them I can sell them my food NO PROBLEM...Thanks for looking...Dont get me wrong My old A-- can still wear a bikini, altough I dont think the HD would go for it...HAHAHA I am not even gonna ask...

In addition, with proper exercise, and eating  my food you will loose weight..so you can wear a bikini.  :-)
