How about somebody sneak up to the Hudson Valley in New York. Bob likes bridges and pictures. I don't think anything could get more scenic than the Poughkeepsie railroad bridge. It got burned out in the 70's, was in disuse. Looks like it is finally open as a park! Okay - so I need to plan a drive to the Hudson Valley. There is a very nice little dinner off 84 in Beacon. Then maybe head to the bridge with some friends - pretend we're a train, chug out over the Hudson and snap some pics. http://www.walkway.org/

BBQ? Tennessee? Very cool. If you are in the neighborhood, take a tour through Cades Cove. I'm not sure when the Bluegrass Festival is, or if you enjoy Bluegrass - but Cades Cove is a very nice place to visit.

I emailed him the other day, but he didn't respond. Maybe he'll come out of hibernation some day.
