I need a supplier.. Tue, 11/13/07 5:16 PM (permalink)
Any suggestions where I can get a SMALL 3 bay sink? I need this for a concession trailer that I have and I need to bring it up to code. I believe it would have to be a single unbroken unit with 3 seperate bays. I already have the handwash sink. I've found individual bar sinks and 2 bay bar sinks. If I could find a 3 bay I'd be all set. Any suggestions on who might make one or where I might find one?

Thanks in advance !

If you can't find one on ebay, they don't exist!

What your looking for is a 3 bay 'bar sink'. These are those small ones you can barely fit anything in, yet makes ya legal. Try: http://www.centralrestaurant.com/ or http://www.superprod.com (When checking out the site, request their free catalogs (via snail mail) for future reference.
Luckily they do come in several widths and depths...
You may also want to try your local restaurant boneyard.. They may have some of these in stock also. (Make sure they're NSF / SS). Could save you a wad of cash, considering they get a mint for these..

There use to be, or maybe still {?} a law in N.H. that only lobster caught or landed in that state could be sold in a restaraunt. I wonder if that is still the case? Chow Jim
