I was wondering... Fri, 08/2/13 7:50 AM (permalink)
Hi everyone! I'm a newbie to this site and I am wondering if anyone has heard of adding a commercial kitchen to a rv/toy hauler? The toy hauler is separated from the living quarters. This rv would be my housing while on the road. Any ideas? Is it possible to do? Thanks, Lori

It's a health district question.  Idaho Food Code specifically prohibits living quarters from opening into a commercial kitchen.  Maybe if there was no door connecting the two?

a food trailer ? yes....  ask your HD first though, you will have to go through plan review, or buy one already built.
