I can see how some of those toppings might not be for everyone, so hopefully underneath them all is a good basic fry.

Although I guess ordering plain fries there would be kind of like ordering black coffee at Starbucks.

They all look pretty great to me except for the "strawberry-mallo cream" (seasonal for Valentine's Day)....they even have a poutine version. Also, "French Quarter"....Remoulade sauce and Cajun seasoning sounds good.

Lots places in Europe offer fries with many different toppings.

With any luck at all, the underlying fry tastes considerably better than the underlying coffee! It's tragic when you depend on the toppings to overpower the taste of an awful base product.

Some of those I'd be willing to try, purely because I've eaten some very odd things that ended up being fabulous. It would depend on how much they cost, and if they offered a sampler platter. I'm also pretty cheap.

Blueberry sauce, marshmallow, caramel?  I'll pass!
