I-35 Clear Lake / Mason City, IA

I'll be driving north on I-35 in a couple of weeks to Minneapolis. Does anyone know of somewhere interesting to stop in the Clear Lake or Mason City areas? I didn't see anything on the restaurant directory. We usually take lunch and stop at a rest area, but wouldn't mind veering off the interstate.

We make this drive frequently and always stop at The Starboard Deli in Clear Lake---downtown, about two blocks east of the lake. Really good chicken salad, tuna salad, steak salad and deli soups and sandwiches.
