Me Either. The best advice I was ever given in dealing with 'personnel issues' of this magnitude was "When in doubt, Kick Them Out". I would fire them for not maintaining the proper procedures and possibly endangering the passengers and crew. There is NO ROOM for this sort of procedural error when you have 150 lives in your care.
