IHOP In Fort Stockton, Texas

Overall, IHOP's are just kind of so so. Although, the one right off I-10E in Fort Stockton, Texas was probably the cleanest and quickest that I had ever been at for getting food out. The food was good hot and service also was quite efficient. I would recommend this IHOP over any other that I have been to in quite some time.

Thanks for the tip.Not all IHOP's are bad of course. They are building a new IHOP next to Rolling Oaks Mall in San Antonio at Loop1604 and Nacodoches Road. The One in the Olympia Shopping Forum gets so packed, that I guess the company decided they needed to build another to hold the overflow business. I'll have to try it some time. There is a real nice new Olive Garden in New Braunfels on the I35 North access road.Very clean and nice inside, food was good too.

I think that the quality of the food at IHOP and many other places depends on the size and the quality of the kitchen/food service at the local county jail. Many moons ago, I was on the San Diego Sheriff's Department and had to put in about 4 years working the jails. It seems that every time I went out to eat in a place where you could see the cooks, I always saw a familiar face or 2.
