Does anyone know where/if this is available in local stores? I have been reading rave reviews about it on one of my recipe newsletters, but upon researching, it seems to be sold for restaurant professionals. It is Durkee's Grill Creations Steak Dust. Amazon is sold out at this time. Any info/input??? Thanks!  Lindsey in the U.P.

Good God! I'd just stick with pepper, salt, granulated garlic and some onion powder -- or pepper, granulated garlic and some Mrs. Dash.  And perhaps a little cumin and paprika for smokiness.

What's wrong with a little disodium inosinate on my steak?

What are you trying to inosinate?

                    Maybe that didn't work.
