English Toffee/Butter Brickle/Heath Bar Crunch All the same sort of Ice Cream, with Hot Fudge and Hot Carmel/Butterscotch on it.
A "Turtle Sundae" using that flavor combo is just about as good as it gets !

Helen Grace's a long-gone SoCal Ice cream Parlor chain made one that had two baseball sized scoops of that Ice Cream in a banana split dish. They gave you what looked like little creamer pitchers, one of Hot Fudge and one of Hot Carmel, and about half a cup of pecan pieces, You were expected to use all of the condiments to make your own Sundae!! That was my all-time favorite (1950's era)

The previous 2 posters and I seem to share the same brain when it comes to sundae favorites. I concur with their choices.

Black and white sundae. One scoop of Dutch chocolate covered with marshmallow and one scoop of vanilla covered with good homemade hot fudge - scoops side by side. The whole thing covered with butter-roasted pecans or almonds.

Yes, I am serious about the rice wine vinegar. Vanilla ice cream is also good
with a sprinkling of champagne on it.

My mom orders this Cuisine Perel Late Harvest Riesling Vinegar, and the label on it suggests using it on ice cream. None of us has had the guts to try that, but maybe now...
Ma does say it's good enough to drink.

Turtle or just hot fudge with nuts. I always like nuts in them because I think it adds nicely to the texture.
